Local Dispatcher – Tucson
Daniel's Moving & Storage, an Atlas Van Lines agent, is looking for a forward thinking individual for our Operations Department. This position requires a candidate who embraces and will promote our core values of providing quality customer service, provide honest, open and clear communication with a cooperative spirit of teamwork.
This full-time, multi-faceted position requires managing production crew, trouble shooting, planning and scheduling, fork lift operation, warehouse handling, daily paperwork, administrative duties such as answering phones, customer service, providing quotes, selling and booking business, using the computer and industry specific programs to invoice, schedule jobs and run payroll, as well as a rotating schedule with the ability to open and close.
This ideal candidate:
- Ability to work full time with a varying schedule including evenings and weekends
- Must have a valid Arizona driver license with a clean MVR
- Operations experience in the moving and storage industry
- Pass background check and drug test
- Forklift operation experience
- Basic computer skills as well as Microsoft Office products
- Great Plains and Move Magic experience a plus
