I just wanted to take a moment to write and thank you for your kindness, attention, and great service as we moved to our new home. We were consistently amazed at the quality and communication of Daniels’ moving services—we’ve never experienced any move that was handled as well as this one was. After moving fourteen rooms of furniture, there wasn’t a scratch, a nick, or a broken anything. That, in itself, was pretty phenomenal given the fact that our furniture is heavy, bulky, and large.
This was not a typical or an easy move for us—going from an 8000 square foot residence to one that is just a little more than half the size was a challenge. Jesus, Miquel, and Justin went ABOVE AND BEYOND the call of duty in so many different ways it is hard to even point them all out. First, down two flights of stairs with very heavy solid wood furniture—always with a smile on their faces. . . moving the master bedroom set around twice—with smiles and encouragement for each other and for us. They wanted us to be happy and they were willing to do whatever it took to see to it that we were.
I don’t mean to go “on and on,” but truly, they were unbelievably careful and kind. They worked non-stop—to the point that I had to fuss at them to take a break and catch their breath for a minute.
Amanda called twice a day during the move—just to see if we were doing okay and if things were progressing. She was very nice and was in constant contact to make sure nothing was going wrong and we were moving along. I really appreciated it.
I didn’t know what to expect as I awaited the bill—it was so hectic during the move that I didn’t really keep close track of every minute. I received it this evening and once again, nothing but the highest level of integrity and no surprises in any form.
I appreciate your company more than I can say. Thank you for your help, thank you to the team, and know that I would never hesitate to recommend Daniels to my family and friends."

I have not had a chance to write you before now. I was out of town back in Minnesota one week and have been busy with work and unpacking. I want to express our appreciation that Daniels Moving moved us on a saturday. Because of a domino affect of our closing being pushed back two weeks to pushing back construction to carpet, Daniels was kind enough to move us on Saturday January 8th. Marcus and crew did a terrific job. We were missing an end plate for our bed frame to be able to attached the footboard. The crates on the truck had all been closed up and restrapped down. Marcus was willing to reopen all of those crated to see if the end plate was in there, a piece of metal about 6" X 6". I said no, it would cost about $12 on the internet. He would have never found it. I found it a couple of weeks later in another box at the very bottom. I know this was the guys day off and we really appreciated it. If you would thank them for us I would appreciate it. Marcus seems like a real people person and totally focused on customer service. He would be fun to have as our neighbor. I do not know how you found these people and what training etc, but from my perspective you have done a terrific job. When I was back in Minnesota I had a meeting with my partner and told him that I have never been in contact with any company that the people had such a positive attitude and customer service as Daniels Moving.

On behalf of Jamie, me and the entire ENI staff I want to thank you and your team for doing such a wonderful job. We originally contracted your team just to move us, as we were relying on Goodman’s to do all of our internal modular assembly. We were working with them as they were referred to us by our architect. At the last minute we backed out from working with Goodman’s and with only three weeks remaining until our move I was a bit panicked, as you can probably imagine. I called Chris Whiteman at 5pm on Friday to see if this was something you guys could handle. He said absolutely and met me first thing Monday morning. Your team not only moved us, they also did all of our internal modular assembly and they are even hanging our pictures. They did all of this with the utmost professionalism. I have coordinated several moves, but to date your team is the most skilled and pleasant to work with.
